You have a 2-business-day window from the date of receiving goods/services to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition. Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and promptly notify you of its status regarding return or cancellation.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Decisions regarding replacement, refund, and return of deposits are at the sole discretion of SNZ Supplies & Marketing.
